It's day one of the 30 Day Shred Challenge and I am sick as a dog. I woke up yesterday morning with a sore throat and now I think I have the full blown flu! :(
Even though I didn't feel so great yesterday I was so excited about getting started with the shred that I decided to go ahead and get started. Let me tell you it was pretty tough especially on the knees. I'm feeling it in my muscles today, but it's all good. Even though I'm sore and sick I'm not going to give up. I'm barely crawling through the day today. As soon as I'm over the crud I'm going to be back at it. I may be a little behind everyone else, but I am determined to finish this.
Wondering how everyone else did. Just this little post has my energy zapped, but I hope to be around to see everyone's progress soon!

I thought about doing the Shred... but my Wii won't work as a DVD player....
Have to put the laundry baskets away in my room to do it up there... to much work ;)

I hope you are feeling better. Were you able to get a little Shredding in today? It's tough but I know you can do it. I have nearly zero energy and I felt tired yet good afterwards. Right now I am so sore that I can barely walk though the house. lol!
are you feeling better yet? my husband was sick for almost THREE weeks before he finally took his butt to the doctor to get an antibiotic yesterday!
